Terms of Sale
Article 1 - Purpose
These terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between Marcito and its customers for the sale of access licenses to the FiveM V1 base.
Article 2 - Price and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros including VAT. Payment is made online via Stripe. The license is activated after payment confirmation.
Article 3 - Delivery
Access to the FiveM base is provided immediately after payment validation via our Discord server. Activation instructions are sent automatically.
Article 4 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's consent.
Article 5 - Intellectual property
The FiveM V1 base remains the exclusive property of Marcito. The license granted is personal, non-transferable and limited to use on a single FiveM server.
Article 6 - Liability
Marcito cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the base. Technical support is provided via Discord according to team availability.
