Terms of Use
Article 1 - Acceptance of terms
Use of the FiveM V1 base implies full acceptance of these terms of use. These conditions may be modified at any time.
Article 2 - Service access
Access to the base requires a valid and active license. The user agrees not to share login credentials and to maintain the confidentiality of their access.
Article 3 - Authorized use
The license allows use of the base on a single FiveM server. Any redistribution, resale, or sharing of the source code is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license revocation.
Article 4 - User behavior
The user agrees to use the base legally and ethically. Any use for fraudulent purposes or contrary to FiveM's terms of service is prohibited.
Article 5 - Support and updates
Technical support is provided via Discord for the duration of the license. Updates are included and deployed regularly.
Article 6 - Termination
Marcito reserves the right to terminate any license in case of violation of these conditions, without notice or refund.
